Updated:2025-01-30 03:05 Views:178MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) will be deploying 4,904 personnel for the metro’s celebration of the 2025 Chinese New Year.
allure slotIn a statement on Tuesday evening, the NCRPO said the deployment includes 733 officers to secure celebration venues, 531 to manage traffic flow and 488 to monitor at checkpoints.

Further, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams, Explosive Ordinance Disposal and K9 units, and drone operators will be deployed to help oversee security for celebrations to usher in the Year of the Wood Snake.
